In the month of October, 15 foreign cruise ships are set to arrive in Puerto Vallarta, a popular beach destination.
As per details provided by the National Port System Administration of Puerto Vallarta, S.A. de C.V., this month signifies the commencement of a fresh arrival season, featuring two instances of double ship arrivals.
This upcoming Tuesday, October 3rd, will witness the inaugural double arrival, featuring the Carnival Panorama and the Navigator of the Seas, both of which will remain in port until evening.
Wednesday is reserved for the arrival of the Fridtjof Nansen, a Norwegian cruise vessel named in honor of the polar explorer and scientist with the same name. It bears a striking resemblance to the MS Roald Amundsen and has a capacity of accommodating only 530 passengers.
The following week will bring three additional arrivals, and the subsequent week will bring five more, including another double arrival on Wednesday, the 18th, featuring the Discovery Princess and the Silver Wind, a smaller vessel with a capacity for just 296 passengers.
During the week of October 22nd to 28th, there are plans for only three arrivals.
It’s noteworthy that in October 2022, a total of 23 cruise ships arrived.
