During an exhilarating press conference held on August 22nd in Tequila, Jalisco, the specifics of this extraordinary event were revealed. It is scheduled to unfold from September 29th to October 7th in the breathtaking ambiance of the Krystal Grand Hotel in Nuevo Nayarit.
This edition pledges to captivate all senses through a two-day enriching congress, where experts and enthusiasts will converge to delve into the latest trends and the most pertinent subjects within the culinary realm. Notable speakers encompass international ambassadors and chefs hailing from Colombia, Bolivia, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, and naturally, skilled Mexican culinary artists.
