Puerto Vallarta celebrates the 28th edition of the International Gourmet Festival

The esteemed occasion, taking place from November 9th to the 19th, will see more than 70 chefs and 32 restaurants participating, with an anticipation of hosting over 25,000 culinary enthusiasts.

In Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, the renowned 28th edition of the International Gourmet Festival is returning, transforming the city into a culinary hub for ten days.

With the involvement of more than 70 chefs, 20 domestic wineries, and 32 prestigious dining establishments, it is foreseen that over 25,000 gastronomy aficionados will savor an unmatched culinary journey.

Participating venues, including well-known spots like Café des Artistes, Barrio Bistro, and El Dorado, will present specially curated menus by culinary experts, ensuring a gourmet experience complemented by exceptional wine pairings.

The International Gourmet Festival of 2023 won’t solely revolve around dinners but will also encompass exclusive events such as the opening of the “Grand Gourmet Village,” the “Exclusive Night of the Stars,” and the renowned “Puerto Vallarta Gourmet Safari,” among others.

Since its inception, this festival has drawn in more than 900 chefs, both domestic and international, captivating around 600,000 culinary enthusiasts. It holds the distinction of being Mexico’s most prestigious Food & Wine event, spotlighting Puerto Vallarta as an iconic gourmet destination.

Noteworthy chefs from past editions include Michelin stars like Carlos Gaytan of Tzuco Restaurant and Ramses Navarro, along with Kori Sutton, the winner of Hell’s Kitchen. This year, luminaries of the culinary world such as Thierry Blouet and Lara Castellón are expected.
